Gamelan Encantada will present two concerts of traditional Javanese and contemporary American gamelan music, featuring the works of Bob Kasenchak, Lou Harrison, Daniel Schmidt, Barbara Benary and Ki Nartosabdho.

The first concert is on Friday, April 19 at 7:30pm at Paradiso, 903 Early Street, Santa Fe, as part of Paradiso’s Third Fridays World Music Series. Admission: $20/$10 under 18. Tickets available at the door and online.

The second concert is on Sunday, May 5 at 3pm at Chatter, 912 3rd Street NW in Albuquerque. Admission: $20/$10 under 18. Tickets available at the door only (cash or check preferred).
